Cardinal Senior Living announces COO

Cardinal Senior Living has named Samantha Thelen as its chief operating officer effective May 11.

Thelen brings more than 22 years of experience to the position. She has leadership experience spanning independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services and has “has a strong track record of driving operational performance, supporting team development and enhancing the resident experience,” according to a press release.

Most recently, she served as vice president of senior living operations at PharMerica/BrightSpring.

HCF Management appoints financial leader

HCF Management has appointed Christine Gladieux as vice president of finance.

In this role, Gladieux will lead all finance and accounting functions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, investments and reporting, a press release states. 

She brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, including serving as chief financial officer and vice president of financial operations for multi-facility organizations, according to the release.

JLL Capital Markets promotes senior managing director

JLL Capital Markets announced Jeff Lepley has been promoted to senior managing director from managing director.

Lepley joined JLL in 2015 and operates out of the company’s Minneapolis office, according to a press release.

Previously, he served with Oak Grove Capital for six years.

Erickson Senior Living names Emerson Lakes’ first executive director

Erickson Senior Living announced it has named Matt Neville as the first executive director of Emerson Lakes, a community set to open next year.

Neville will oversee management and operations for the 46-acre campus, according to a press release.

Neville has been with Erickson Senior Living since he joined in 2005. Most recently, he served as executive director of Highland Springs in North Dallas, Texas.
